Delivery can be expected within 7 working days-unless otherwise advised.
What happens if I am not in when my order arrives?
You will be left a card from the courier company, with relevant details. You can then either contact them to arrange a re-delivery or to arrange a collection from their local depot.
If you specified comments for the driver to action in the event of not being in, the carriers will endeavour to carry these out (e.g. leave with a neighbour)
What happens if an item is delayed?
Products on our site are all available from stock so your order should not be delayed.
If you do not receive your order within the stated time frame then please click here and we will advise you of the status of your order and the latest expected delivery day.

How do I select a Euro Delivery?
It's easy, if you are placing your order online- simply fill in the relevant details in the delivery section, an automated price will come up, covering the carriage charges to that particular region- and that's it! Everything else is as per a normal order being distributed to areas with the UK.
Alternatively call our Customer Service Team on 0844 700 67 67 who will gladly take the order for you over the telephone.
Payment for orders delivered outside of the UK are made in UK Pound Sterling and where appropriate, VAT will be deducted.
