General Terms
- All our products are manufactured to the relevant British or European Safety Standards.
- Every item is boxed as new and comes complete with the manufacturers guarantee and instruction manual.
- On arrival easy minor assembly and adjustment is required on bicycles - front wheel, pedals, gears etc - all clearly detailed in the owner's manual.
- If on receipt any component part is needed it can be ordered for immediate despatch by fax, letter or e-mail (full details are given in the Customer Satisfaction Guide supplied with your order).
- Like any mechanical item bicycles will require servicing and routine maintenance to ensure they remain in a safe and roadworthy condition - full details of how to do this together with additional 'hints' and 'tips' can be found in the owners manual supplied.

- Each unit comes with our 14 day money back guarantee or cooling off period. You have 14 days to decide if you are going to keep it or not. If within this 14 day period you do not want it, return it to us and we will refund you the purchase price. After this 14 day period has expired you will not be entitled to your money back.
- Additionally from the date of receipt you have 12 months cover with the manufacturer - simply meaning that if a problem occurs with your product after the initial 14 day period has elapsed (which the supply of spare parts cannot rectify) you can return the unit to us and we will have the manufacturer repair or if needs be replace the unit for you providing the fault is found to be a result of either a manufacturing or material defect.
If the manufacturer finds that the problem is due to misuse or neglect they reserve the right to levy a charge for the repair and return of the bicycle.
- Should you need to return your product the procedure is explained fully in the Customer Satisfaction Guide originally supplied and where appropriate return carriage costs would be reimbursed.
